Electronic references manage the entire reference process from the applicant’s authorization to release reference information, the collection of reference information from the applicant, conducting the references via an electronic questionnaire of your choice, and producing a final report.

Step 1 – Client: Order Desk

Initiate the process with ease... It takes as little as 30 seconds for the client to place the order online.

Simply log into your VerifAction account and click on the type of verification services you want. VerifAction then prompts you to enter the information required to automatically initiate and complete your request.

Step 2 – Applicant: Authorization & References

VerifAction removes the pain of getting the applicant’s authorization and their references – eliminating tedious paperwork and saving you time.

The applicant receives instructions via email, links to the system with a click and enters contact information online for your required number of references. VerifAction automatically obtains authorizations for the release of personal information.

Step 3 – References: Personalized Request

The VerifAction reference process gives references the flexibility to answer your reference questionnaire at a time that is most convenient to them… this increases quality and completeness of results.

VerifAction sends a personalized invitation to each of the applicant’s references and a reminder if required to complete a questionnaire. Questionnaires can be modified to your exacting needs.

Step 4 – Client: Status & Reporting

Enjoy real-time results tracking and flexible reporting.

The VerifAction Dashboard gives you detailed information on the status of your order. Multiple reporting views are available, enabling you to view results in the way that makes the most sense for you.
